My art expresses the ephemerality of being and the tracings that remain. Absence inhabits the empty memory vessels. The tonalities of the mono printed fabrics are the shadowed markings of past seasons. Interior silver lines are the lightest of remaining tracings. The lithographic prints hold the ethereal within the fading botanicals, blurred mark making, and translucent paper supports. The expression of absence, past shadows and remaining tracings is amplified through collective display.
